Although I have paid using Clickandbuy, I cannot open the purchased document.
More than enough time is given for downloading each item During this time frame you can download the purchased product anew. Can I watch the downloaded videos and clips only once?
We suggest to not watch the films and film clips directly in the internet. During the time frame you are given, you should download and save the film and film clips as well as every other product from the download area. You purchased the product and therefore it is now at your disposal. You may watch at it as often as you like.
How can I save the video clips on my computer?
Click on the photo of the film clip in question with your right mouse button and select “save as.” Now save it on your computer in the file of your choice.
What can I do if the film or film clips do not run smoothly, stopping from time to time?
This may happen if you watch the films on the internet and your DSL is too slow. Therefore download the material onto your computer first. This should solve the problem.
Should it continue, the capacity of your computer might be too low. In this case run the film or all film clips after the download. The second time everything should work properly.
I can only watch the beginning of the Tantra Massage Films. Then the film cuts off.
Maybe the connection to your server was interrupted during your download. Just download the material again if you are still within the time frame of your download. If not, please contact us by using your contact form. Write your Clickandbuy customer number and the date of your download and we will make the product available again for you.
After the registration and payment with Firstgate I was not directed to the ordered material.
Please contact us and give us your Clickandbuy customer number, the product and the time of your download. We will make sure you receive your purchased product.
By accident I downloaded the same product twice. What now?
Give us your details (Clickandbuy customer number, name of product, date of download). After verification you receive a credit for the surplus amount for a further download. Reimbursement is not possible as the financial transfers are in the hands of Clickandbuy (see below).
What happens, if my bank account is not covered?
This unfortunately is very disadvantageous for you as this will exclude you from any internet purchase done via Clickandbuy, not only Tantra Download. Therefore it is in your own interest to make sure your account shows the according credit.
Will the purchased product name appear on my bank statement?
There is no indication of the name of the product nor Tantra Download on your bank statement. You will only find the Clickandbuy transaction code without reference to the product.
