Heart Embracement

Many people live alone and long for a partner, in love and/or in life. Others have found him/her, are now in a partnership which challenges them in such a way that they would perhaps rather return to the easy-going life as a single. They simply don’t know the simple options for giving lasting happiness a boost to get started.

Man and woman are different. This is good. As two opposites in the world of dualism, they strive to unite as one. Every experience as one strengthens the couple and their love.

The Tantra Heart Embracement is one possibility bring the “separated parts” back together. It is very simple, yet it is a great milestone for man and woman on their way to satisfaction and happiness. Therefore it is also called the “marriage-happiness-trick”. To experience the deep and exhilarating effect it needs to be practised for at least a few months. What happens on the invisible level you can read under the heading “Magnetic poles of love”.

  • Creates a strong emotional bond
  • Activates the cosmic magnet (see poles)
  • Brings happiness, health, and youth for both
  • Increases the permeability of the chakras
  • Fosters relaxation on a deep level

Energy streams in the body

When man and woman stand together, embrace, and don’t do anything else, an invisible magnetic circuit flows. Sensitive people can feel it in the form of energy streams in the body. But even if you don’t feel anything, the effect is the same.

The Tantra Heart Embracement shows the greatest effect if practised daily for ten to fifteen minutes over a period of six months. If you conclude that nothing has changed in your relationship, you may stop. The probability that this might happen is, however, extremely low.

This may at first seem to be a bit too much to do. However, if you imagine your partnership changing into a loving harbour full of satisfaction and happiness – would it still be too much? Do you long for a fulfilling relationship? Then this small daily ‘task’ cannot be too much to ask! Think about how much time you waste on pointless discussions, quarrels and other things! If you should trim a minimal part of that each day and invest it instead in your love happiness, not only your partnership but your entire life will change in a positive way. Because the energy released by the Tantra Heart Embracement is also available to your work, your hobbies and other activities. An unhappy partnership is one of the biggest energy thieves. Reversed, a happy relationship is an inexhaustible supply of energy. You will notice this in your contact with other people and in your profession.

Manual (positions)

There are various possibilities to stand together in a Tantra Heart Embracement. It is in any case important that the chakras, or more exactly the poles, touch. A very short woman may stand on a small pedestal. She should under no circumstance stand tiptoed and have to stretch up. Most of the times it is preferable the taller partner bends his/her knees until heart touches heart. Both partners stand firmly on their own feet. It is advisable to bend the knees slightly so the rising energy can circulate better. So long standing does not become too tiring the man can lean lightly against a wall. Or put on some music and sway to it during the Tantra Heart Embracement.

The arms encircle the partner. The best is to lay one hand onto the tail bone area and the other on the upper back of the partner. Pay attention that the hug stays ‘permeable’, that neither is squeezed too hard. Both should be comfortable and be able to breathe deeply, feel that they are held lightly but not feel constrained. Once you have taken the position close your eyes and pay attention to your perception of your own body. When you have distracting thoughts, don’t fight them. As soon as you notice them, gear your attention back into your body, particularly to the places you touch each other. One partner should be able to see a clock clearly, so you actually do fulfil the agreed upon amount of time.

If for any physical reason standing is not possible, Tantra Heart Embracement can also be practised lying down. But as the person on the bottom is “pressed” and the breathing gets restricted by the weight of the other, lying on top of each other is only second choice. Spooning is easier and particularly advisable when one person is sick and cannot stand up. So one can roll up lying on your side and the other lies behind and embraces the one in front. This position is not as effective as standing up but still better than skipping the exercise all together.

Yab Yum Sitting

A tantric position which brings together the front of the bodies and therefore is suited for the Tantra Heart Embracement is called YabYum. Heart touches heart and the entire front of the body comes together.
