The Breast Meditation for women

Feel the breasts from the inside

A woman who focuses on her breast and can feel it from the inside gains a completely new feeling of life. The quality of her love-making changes. Pure femininity awakens and is reflected in how she radiates. The breast meditation can be done by yourself or you may ask your partner to join you in following the instructions below. In this case your partner should breathe with you as described as well.

The breast meditation:

Lie comfortably on your back for the breast meditation . You can pull your feet up, so your knees are bent. A rolled-up blanket underneath the knees can help you to relax. Your legs may fall slightly outward. Underneath your head you should have a small pillow. Make sure that it is not too thick and your neck is not bent.

Put your hands on your breasts. Just hold them without doing anything. Begin breathing fully and deeply. After a number of breaths let your breathing become soft, while remaining deep. Now direct your breath into the breasts, towards the nipples. Imagine how your breath flows mightily through every cell and pore like a bright warming and healing light. Let this energy flow of your breath very gently stroke and caress your breast from the inside. Melt into the feeling in your breasts.

When your thoughts wander, draw yourself back in a friendly manner. The full breathing will always support you. Practise concentrating on your breathing and feeling your breasts from the inside for longer and longer. Learn to keep your attention in the breasts. After a while let your perception of the inside spread to the entire body, the centre remaining always in your breasts. Feel how your whole body comes alive while you hold your breasts and breathe into them.

Maybe it will help you to softly rock your breasts every once in a while or make gentle circular motions. These movements should be done slowly and consciously, so that the inner feeling remains the primary focus, the outer activity secondary.

Rest for a few minutes and feel how it feels. Explore, what parts of your body you can sense from the inside.

 

Remarks:

Start with five minutes of breast meditation. Depending on how you feel on the particular day you can stretch the meditation to up to twenty to thirty minutes. Short sequences with full attention, however, are better than half an hour with a lot of mental wandering.

You may practise the breast meditation on its own or as a prelude to love-making. In this case show your partner exactly how he should hold and touch your breasts.

Women who want to allow their femininity to unfold completely should plan daily breast meditations into their schedule. With time, with this practice, it will become easier to direct attention into the breasts and the inner body again and again throughout the day.
